George A. Cloutier to host second annual "Boogie on Low Beach"
Event to benefit Dana-Farber Cancer Institute, July 22
The Dana-Farber Cancer Institute and host George A. Cloutier are pleased to hold the second annual "Boogie on Low Beach" event on Friday, July 22, from 6:30 p.m. to midnight. The event once again will be held at Mr. Cloutier's residence at 40 Low Beach Road in Sconset.
Dana-Farber Cancer Institute provides expert, compassionate care to children and adults with cancer, and its goal is the eradication of cancer, AIDS and related diseases and the fear that they engender.
Last year's event garnered 600 attendees, and raised more than $400,000, and this year's goal is even more ambitious. According to Mr. Cloutier, founder, chairman and CEO of American Management Services, "The first annual ‘Boogie on Low Beach' was a huge success, but we will double our efforts this year to ensure a truly memorable evening. The Institute has done so much to fight the scourge of cancer, and it means a great deal to me to host this exciting event."
The money raised from this event will benefit both Dana-Farber and the Nantucket Cottage Hospital's Community and Home Health Department.
